Worship

Celebrating 30 Years!

Join us for Sunday worship services every Sunday at 9 am. Our worship is centered on knowing Christ in the Holy Eucharist and draws on the spiritual depth and richness of the Book of Common Prayer. Several parishioners arrive early to silently be in God’s presence.  Prior to our traditional, yet cozy and relaxed service, our ushers greet parishioners and visitors with a warm welcome.

Our traditional service uses the 1979 Prayer Book and 1982 Hymnal bringing together singing and reading. Our organist along with our talented cantor leads the congregation in singing.  A small, devoted choir and now a bell choir adds even more melodious sounds to our worship with special selections on holidays and special events.  We look forward to incorporating our newly purchased Gather hymnals in future services

Our service ends with joyful words “Thanks be to God!’ Our minister and greeters speak with each worshipper and invites them all to join us for the following half hour of refreshments and community. Visitors hardly make it to the door without having four or five church members also greet them and invite them for refreshments in Founders' Hall. All ages mingle, visit and share in the joy of an extended family until the clanging of the cow bell calling us to youth and adult education classes. In our beautifully decorated nursery, the youngest experience a safe and loving place from 8:30-11:30.
