...better known as the “little gray church on East Main Street”.  We are blessed with a friendly, caring, and committed congregation ready to grow in the power of the Holy Spirit.  Our past and our present have been based in love and faith.  Join us on our journey into the future of Christ Church.  We embrace this time of change and pray for God’s guidance in all that we do.  Christ Episcopal Church strives to be a place where you can come just as you are and be encouraged to participate in a Christian family that welcomes, cares, and serves.

We invite you to worship with the Christ Episcopal Church Parish family.  Christ Church’s strength lies in our sense of family and community reaching out to others as well as providing support and spiritual nourishment for our members.  We see ourselves as an extended family worshipping, working, and playing together with the inspiration of the Holy Spirit in the warmth of God’s grace.  We desire to be a caring family through traditional worship in God’s love and the friendly spirit of openness for others.  We desire to continue to be open to all cultures, ages, and family status.

There are also many opportunities to participate in ministry.  The programs and ministries of this parish help all of us to continue our spiritual journeys and to deepen our understanding of what it means to be a Christian in today's world.

Mission Statement:
“Christ Church exists to respond to God by becoming an outward and visible sign of Christ in the power of the Holy Spirit through worship, evangelism, discipleship, fellowship, and ministry thus fulfilling the Great Commission.”

"All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.  Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you.  And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age."
Matthew 28:18-20
